We are capable to implement three models of Technical Support services providing:
- Unlimited support - client receives permanent
services during certain period of time. No hourly rate is applied -
client pays fixed price for the service.
- Hourly-based support - client pays for the time
actually spent providing the service. The estimated time consumption is
negotiated prior to providing the service.
- Subscription Programs that
contain certain amounts of pre-paid man-hours of the service. The rate
for such hour is significantly lower than in case of Hourly-based support.
We offer 3-months, 6-months and 12-months Subscription Programs containing the following amounts of hours:
- 3-months Subscription Program:100 hours
- 6-months Subscription Program:200 hours
- 1 year Subscription Program: 400 hours
