The Concept
There are two independent key concepts used in Webswell financeConnect:
1. Data transfer:
Using ebXML or AS2 for FpML messages transfer

These concepts are independent, it means the user can either select a different transport protocol instead of ebXML and AS2 for usage with the Registry/Repository, or use ebXML/AS2 transfer without using the Registry/Repository.
